Just a Fishmonger

Synopsis

Chen Xincheng, a reclusive war god, hides in Haicheng under the alias of a fish seller. When the four great war gods come to beg for his aid, internal traitors infiltrate the nation, putting Great Xia on the brink of collapse. The four draw their swords in unison, only to have all their blades shattered with a single strike from his fish-cutting knife. They drop to their knees at once. Refusing to return to battle, Chen Xincheng only wishes to live a peaceful life with his daughter. Chu Yuetian, military supervisor of the border army, is ordered to stay and protect them. As Zhuque departs, she swears to herself that she will never believe her master could bear to watch Great Xia fall.
