Synopsis

Valerie, commander of the human legion, returns victorious only to find her family massacred and her parents’ souls trapped. King Edmund, who once promised her a crown, betrays his oath and submits to the Holy See. Valerie seizes back military power and slays her enemies, yet is blackmailed by the Holy See with her parents’ souls and the lives of her entire army. She forges an alliance with Raven, Lord of the Black Citadel, leading human and undead legions to storm the royal capital. She abolishes the blood-oath system, executes the false king and destroys the Holy See. In the end, she renounces the crown and builds a brand-new order of freedom.
