Three years ago, the Kessler family killed Kai’s brother and framed him, destroying his life. Three years later, Kai hides his true identity. By day, he is a meek, bullied "loser" clerk at Kessler Corp. By night, he transforms into the "Phantom," an undefeated, masked racing king in the underground street racing scene.
