The Substitute Bride Who Became the Cold-Faced CEO's Cure

Synopsis

The alpha male CEO is plagued by a mysterious illness that strikes with sudden, debilitating attacks, rendering him unable to breathe or move. One fateful night, amidst a severe episode at a dimly lit bar, a girl, unsteady on her feet due to alcohol, accidentally enters his life, marking their first unexpected encounter. Upon waking up, the CEO notices a remarkable improvement in his condition, realizing that the enigmatic girl had somehow played a part in his recovery. Although he couldn't catch a glimpse of her face, he spots a jade pendant she had inadvertently dropped, and promptly sends his assistant on a quest to find its rightful owner. Elsewhere, the girl arrives home to find her mother standing in the hallway's soft glow, upstairs on the landing.
