Synopsis

Once again, the Celestial Child-Bestower accidentally caused chaos, dropping the Blessing Whisk into the mortal realm. The master ordered Youyou to venture into the human world to retrieve the whisk and truly help deserving mortals conceive children. She was given a Heaven-Linking Mirror for contacting the celestial realm in emergencies, along with a Merit Bracelet that illuminates one bead for each person aided—only when all beads glow can she return. Descending to earth, Youyou encountered Xu Qing’an praying for a child at a Taoist temple. Though intending to bless her with pregnancy, Youyou discovered Xu shrouded in dark energy—evidence of foul play—and warned her to be cautious. Mistaking Youyou for a stray orphan and moved by maternal instinct due to her own childlessness, Xu Qing’an decided to adopt the celestial being and brought her home.
