Wen Lan, an eight-year senior flight attendant at Shen’an Airlines, handles foreign receptions, cultural briefings and cross-border business communications quietly with solid professionalism, becoming irreplaceable for the company’s international projects. A new supervisor slashes her tour guide allowance and seizes her core duties.
