Shen Cheng, the cold and aloof heir, is afflicted with a deadly poison and needs the heroine’s blood to stay alive, while Shen He, the unruly third young master, secretly aspires to become a coroner. Romance gradually blossoms between the two couples. However, the reborn original heroine Song Zhang and the Third Prince, who plots rebellion, launch a series of attacks. The four join forces to investigate an old case at Qiyun Pass, find witnesses who can testify to the injustice, and expose the Third Prince’s serious crimes.
