Synopsis

Emma, an 18-year-old plus-size girl whom her family always believed was “the stronger one,” is diagnosed with bone cancer. On her birthday, she repeatedly says she can’t hold on any longer, but her three brothers dismiss her as being dramatic and lying. In the end, she dies on her final roller-coaster ride.After her death, Emma remains by her family’s side as a spirit, watching helplessly as Chloe gradually takes over her birthday, her gifts, and her place in the family.
