Left Home I Became Interpreter

Synopsis

Fifty-year-old Su Guilan endured three decades for her family. Fluent in eight languages, she sacrificed herself as an unpaid maid, yet her son Lin Hao, daughter-in-law Zhang Manni and mother-in-law Liu Xueqin drove her out together. Left with nowhere to go, she worked as a convenience store cashier first. Leveraging her extraordinary translation talent, she restarted her life, met multinational executive Chen Xi, and landed major translation contracts. She outshone arrogant foreign corporate representatives and rose from a struggling middle-aged woman to a top translation master. Meanwhile, unfilial Lin Hao hit rock bottom with unemployment and misfortune. He eventually repents, and mother and son each find redemption.
