Synopsis

Lin Mo is a young mushroom technician. He insists on scientific cultivation and rejects fraudulent high-price purchase deals, which gets him misunderstood and driven out of the village by locals. Zhang Yuan lures the villagers with promises of high payouts and traps them with a deceptive contract. As a result, the village’s mushrooms cannot be sold and rot, bringing heavy losses to all villagers. Putting aside past grievances, Lin Mo leads the villagers to rebuild a cooperative, breed mushroom strains, develop formal sales channels, and help everyone learn to guard against scams. In the end, he guides the whole village onto an industrial path of steady income growth.
