Synopsis

Ava loves Ethan for ten years, but he ties her to a flagpole as a cruel "Hanged Man" prank for his new crush Chloe, humiliating her before the whole school. Ava finally breaks free, transfers to Westbridge High, and cuts Ethan off. At her new school, she meets kind friends and Noah, who protects her. Ethan slowly realizes Chloe manipulated him and that Ava truly fears him. He comes to apologize, but Ava refuses him. The district punishes Ethan and Chloe. Ava finally smiles, no longer looking back.
