Synopsis

Pure-blood werewolf heir Claire Bennett is betrayed by her friend Sophia and vampire descendant Lucas and burned alive in a blood-moon sacrifice. Reborn on her first day at Mystic Falls High, she finds Elijah, an original vampire sealed for a century, frees him with her ancient blood, and forms a revenge pact. Hiding their identities at school, they counter the villains' tests, recruit local werewolf Tyler, and reconstruct the conspiracy that used Claire's blood to unlock primordial power.
