She discovers that his vulnerable spot is his younger brother, Wu Chu, and the two begin to fall in love. Pandora kidnaps Wu Chu to force Wu Ming to admit his wrongs, but this leads to a misunderstanding where Wu Chu believes Bai Qingya killed Wu Ming. Wu Chu then imprisons Pandora. Wu Ming fakes his death and plans to kidnap Pandora, but Wu Chu sacrifices himself to save her, taking a fatal blow meant for her.
