The Sassy Heiress

Handlung

Sheng Yilan lost her mother at a young age, and her father brought back his mistress and the mistress's daughter. The mistress often abused Sheng Yilan both physically and verbally. As she grew up, Sheng Yilan only wanted to escape this family. To do so, she decided to marry Zhao Minghui, whom she didn't particularly like, but then discovered that Zhao Minghui was having an affair with the mistress's daughter. In a fit of anger, she broke off the engagement, only to be forced by her father to marry a wealthy Gu family's vegetative son.
