Synopsis

I am Emma. I had liked Ryan since high school and spent years believing we'd end up together. Instead, he kept me close while refusing to make me his girlfriend. Then, before a hockey scrimmage, he laughed along when his teammates dared me to flirt with Logan, the rival team's star player. Ryan thought it was just a joke. So did I. I walked over and handed Logan a bottle of water.
