Synopsis
Jake and Mason are childhood friends. A year ago, they pooled their money to buy a beat-up Freightliner heavy truck. Jake handled all the driving, maintenance, and overnight runs, while Mason took care of finding cargo and managing the accounts. At the year-end profit distribution, Mason tossed Jake 100,000 in cash, saying, "The truck is mine, the capital came from my dad—you just put in the labor." Jake didn't argue. He pocketed the money and left. Jake ordered a brand-new heavy truck and took on the "death order" that Mason couldn't handle—crossing the Rocky Mountains through a blizzard.
