Synopsis

Gu Qingyun, the reincarnation of the Blood Lotus Guanyin, was born amid her mother’s difficult labor, just as the Gu family suffered the backlash of a century-old curse. To settle karmic debts, she drove away evil spirits but ended up with her heterochromatic eyes sealed, her memories and spiritual powers dormant until her tenth year.Abandoned by the Gu family at three for being blind and unfit for cultivation, she lost her father—who’d saved her from the family—seven years later. As her powers were about to recover, the Gu clan, detecting her latent cultivation talent from the spiritual outburst at her father’s death, took her back. With her memories and abilities returning, Gu Qingyun’s hatred flared. She resolved to return to the Gu family and avenge herself and her father.
